Contact and registration forms
We request your name, email and optional organization. Contact forms also include your topic and message. Registration requests include selected interests, language and a dated consent record. Contact enquiries are sent through our email service. Registration requests are stored in our website database for review, with your selected interests and consent. Registration does not verify ownership of an email address; requests are reviewed before mailing-list activation.
Your choices
Registration is optional and does not create an account or paid subscription. To change your preferences, withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion of your details, email contact@reliaedge.com. Please do not include confidential engineering records or sensitive personal information in these forms.
OE360 and your browser
Your assessment stays in the browser until you choose “Save my assessment” and give separate consent. Saving records your profile, all 44 answers, calculated results, questionnaire version, language and dated consent in our website database for assessment follow-up. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Refreshing clears the answers displayed in your browser; it does not delete a saved record. Printing saves a report using your device. A request for expert support uses the separate contact form. Language choices are reflected in the page URL. Registration details are not saved to browser storage.
Storage and access
Saved records are available to authorized ReliaEdge administrators. We retain information for the stated purpose and review whether it is still needed. You can request access, correction or deletion at contact@reliaedge.com. Hosting and backups may retain copies for their normal backup cycle. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers limit abusive submissions; passwords and raw IP addresses are not stored in assessment or registration records.
External services
The contact page offers a Google Maps link. Product and standards links open external websites, which have their own privacy practices. Hosting and email providers process requests as needed to operate this website.
